you’ve lost that loving feeling

I feel like were watching the beginning of Rocky III here. You became the champ and got cocky. $50 annually for a feature pretty much already built-in to iOS & OS X contact management?? Cmon man! Tell those gooberhead spreadsheet guys who suggested this idiocy that theyre wrong. Go get greased up and run on the beach with Apollo Creed.

From Bad to Worse!!!! Use AirMail Instead

4/27 Update… So instead of addressing any of the core gaps, you introduce another product I have to pay $25 for? In what world would you think I would spend one more dollar with you? You released one product for $20 that was half-baked and done nothing to fix in over 6 months, now I should “gamble” on another product from you guys? “Fool me once…..” (you know how it goes). I just moved to AirMail and am much happier. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 3/28 Update… Had to drop to 1 star. So in the last month that CloudMagic has been working on this app that costs $20, you added GIF support? Really?!? Is GIF support so important that you overlook many of the core functionality gaps? Are you making this for 14 year old girls? ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ I hesitated forever about whether it was worth $20 to go with CloudMagic. I loved the mobile app so much I decided to go for it and I have ot say I am pretty disappointed. There are a number of features missing that are key values in the mobile app: 1) Where are the “Cards” for the integrations? The integration with ToDoist and Evernote is one of my most heavily used features 2) No support for rules. I even have to leave Mail open in the background so that my rules can get processed, but they don’t work 3) Customization of sounds. I love that on my phone I can tell whether an email is something to my personal account (usually low priority spam) or a work email (typically high priority) just by the sound. But the Mac app just uses the default sounds and can’t be configured 4) Support for “Snoozing” of alerts. I can long-press the star to remind me to address an email at a future date in the mobile app 5) Ability to move emails from one account to another - this doesn’t work in either app. But I get some emails that I want to move to folders in another account Right now these gaps make me regret spending so much money on the app. If they fixed these it could be a great app.

Airmail or even Mail is way better

Not sure why anybody wants to use this. Airmail has way more features and works almost flawless.

Needs UI improvements

I like the simple and minimal touch in the interface but there’s one thing that keeps bothering me is the excessive white empty sidebars that the only thing they do is being a huge button to go backwards- that’s it. It’s too much in my opinion. Not saying they make no sense. They can be handy and comfortable when you need to get back to your inbox quickly. But sometimes when you want a tiny window to look at your inbox on your desktop, the app gets way too huge with those massive sidebars. Maybe an option that they grow smaller (or maybe even disappear) when the window’s width is smaller than a specific amount (maybe 30% of the screens width).
